Level 3 Home Survey (Building Survey)

A Level 3 Survey is a bespoke report, tailored to an individual property and usually carried out in accordance with specific client's instructions. It is very much a specialist report and is usually undertaken by a Chartered Building Surveyor, whose training and knowledge is directly related to this brief.

A Level 3 Survey from Apex Surveyors will be undertaken by the Director, Anthony Owen BSc MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor who specialises in this field and has considerable experience of period and listed properties throughout South Wales.

Level 2 Home Survey (Homebuyer Report)

A comprehensive report with or without valuation advice, prepared to a set format and particularly suitable for properties that have not been greatly altered or extended in the past.

Apex Surveyors offers a 24-hour turnaround after inspection on RICS Level 2 & 3 surveys.
