Apex Surveyors Ltd were formed in 2007, by a change of name from Durbin Property Services, a well established and respected firm of Chartered Surveyors that had been serving clients throughout South Wales since 1991.

We currently undertake a full range of surveys on residential property, and specialise in full Building Surveys on Listed and Period Property. As consultant surveyors for E.surv and SDL, Apex probably carry out more of this type of report than any other surveying practice in South Wales.
