Building Surveys
A Building Survey is a bespoke report, tailored to an individual property and usually carried out in accordance with specific client's instructions. It is very much a specialist report and is usually undertaken by a Chartered Building Surveyor, whose training and knowledge is direcly related to this brief.
A Building Survey from Apex Surveyors will be undertaken by the Director, Anthony Owen BSc MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor who specialises in this field and has considerable experience of period and listed properties throughout South Wales.
RICS Homebuyer Report
A comprehensive report including valuation advice, prepared to a set format and particularly suitable for properties constructed from the 1920's to the present day, with cavity wall construction. It has recently been revamped to provide repair ratings and cross reference to energy reports.
